The Dry Dock Waterfront Grill features casual indoor & outdoor dining overlooking Sarasota Bay . Known for having one of the freshest grouper sandwiches on Florida ’s West Coast and awesome char-grilled burgers, the Dry Dock is popular with locals, professional athletes, celebrities, and visitors to Longboat. And what’s not to love? From the waterfront patio, the view of Sarasota Bay is obstructed only by shady coconut palm fronds and pelicans hanging out on pilings. You’ll enjoy the same panoramic view and food indoors, but you’ll get the added entertainment of watching the dumbwaiter bring food up and down. The Dry Dock is conveniently located at the south end of Longboat Key at the Boathouse Marina, minutes from downtown Sarasota.
